Koncept - sedm principů
Concept - seven principles

 

1. Šachovnicové uspořádání domů prostoupených zelení = každý byt bude mít výhled na stromy.

    Checkerboard-like layouout of buildings permeated by vegetation = every apartment shall have a view to trees. 

 

2. Bude zde 10 skupin domů (10 SVJ).  Navržené domy nejsou  solitéry ani uzavřené bloky, ale polootevřené minibloky s          vlastní zahradou.  10 groups of buildings (communities of owners). 

    Proposed buildings are not isolated nor closed blocks but semi-open mini-blocks with an own garden.

 

3. Uprostřed skupin minibloků bude společenské ohnisko - náměstí se zelení.  Součástí jižního zeleného pásu bude             

    sportovní hřiště, dětské hřiště a školka. 

    In the middle of the mini-blocks there will be a community focus-point. A part of the southern green-belt will be a sport     

    court, playgroungd for children and a kindergarten.

 

4. Každý miniblok bude mít vlastní zahradu.

    Every mini-block shall have its own garden.

 

5. Každý miniblok bude mít odlišný výraz fasády = stop uniformitě!

    Every mini-block shall have diferrent look = stop to uniformity!

 

6. Tři vrstvy zeleně okolo domů: a) veřejná zeleň, b) polosoukromá zeleň v zahradách jednotlivých minibloků, c) soukromá

    zeleň na předzahrádkách v přízemí a na terasách a balkonech. 

    Three layers of vegetation arround buildings: a) public vegetation, b) semi-private greenery in the garden of each

    miniblock, c) private greenery infront of the appartments on the ground floor and on the terraces and balconies. 

 

7. Výškový gradient = domy rostou do výšky k okraji, tak aby bylo možné z nejvyšších podlaží dohlédnout až do centra a

    přitom si domy nestínily.

    Vertical gradient - buildings will grow from south edge to north and east - to clear the view from top floors to the city

    center without shading the square in the middle.
